Return Policy

Returns and Cancellations

I want you to love every piece you receive from Torquay Boutique. If something is not quite right, you are welcome to return eligible items under the conditions below.


Can I Return My Order?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all packaging and tags attached. Products must show only normal signs of handling. We do not accept returns for items that appear used, damaged or handled carelessly. Return requests for faulty items must be made immediately upon receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are processed within seven working days once received.


Important Exceptions

Sale items cannot be returned, as these are limited, end of collection pieces that cannot be restocked.

Underwear, shapewear and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene standards and health regulations.

I kindly ask you to double check your sizing and style choices before completing your order. If there is ever a mistake or fault on our part, please email us straight away and we will make it right.


Aftersell and Post Purchase Policy

At Torquay Boutique, we occasionally offer exclusive discounts, bundle upgrades and add on items after your initial checkout. These offers are completely optional and designed to give you more value on your purchase.

By completing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Customer Authorisation Any aftersell, upsell or post purchase offer you accept is fully authorised by you at the time of checkout. You will always see the total amount and product details before confirming. No charges are made without your explicit confirmation.

Transparency of Charges All prices, postage costs and applicable discounts are displayed before you finalise your aftersell order. You will receive a separate order confirmation and payment receipt for every authorised aftersell transaction.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours after the aftersell purchase is made, provided the order has not yet processed. Refunds or returns will follow our standard Return and Refund Policy.

No Unauthorised Transactions Every aftersell transaction requires manual confirmation and consent from the customer. All charges made under this policy are authorised by the customer at the time of purchase and are not considered unauthorised or accidental.


Your Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us clearly stating your wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


How to Return Your Order

Please include the following details:

Your full name. Your order number. Reason for return. A photo if the item is damaged or faulty. Your return address.

Once we receive your request, our customer care team will guide you through the return process. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back, as return addresses may vary per order.

Please note: some returns may need to be sent to our processing facilities. Always follow the instructions provided by our team. We cannot accept returns sent to the original sender address, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the return is due to a customer preference, the customer is responsible for the postage fee. The specific fee will depend on the carrier you choose. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage cost in full.


Cancellations and Change of Mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@torquay-boutique.com and include a clear message stating that you would like to withdraw from your purchase.

Please note:

Orders are processed automatically, so we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If your order is already on its way, please wait for delivery and then follow the return steps above. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return postage costs for cancelled orders are the responsibility of the customer.
